I found the staff at this company to be polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Due to covid, my tree delivery was delayed a few times and in the end took 3 months to arrive with the final due date being end of January (I was given the option to cancel but chose not to). Tree and lights both arrived well packaged and in good condition. I would say the branches look slightly less bushy than online. The only reason the tree received 4 stars was because of the plastic stand it comes with (no issues with it, I am just not a fan).

Lights are great, however more impressed with overall customer service. I have a 10 year old tree that I needed a spare part for, it was kindly shipped same day at no cost to me!
